오늘은 토익시험에 자주 출제되는 

빈출 부사에 대해서 정리해보려고 해요! 

 

 

 

1. still 

여전히, 아직도라는 의미로 쓰임 

'not'앞에 사용돼요.

 

ex) The company still has not fully implemented its recycling policy.

 

 

 

2. once

한번, (과거의)한때의 의미로 쓰여요~ 

과거 시제와 함께 사용된답니다.

 

ex) Fast Cars was once a small independent car dealer.

 

 

 

3. well

잘이라는 의미로 사용돼요~ 

전치사 앞에서 전치사의 정도를 강조할 때는 

충분히라는 의미로 쓰이죠

 

ex) The customer service at the Grand Hotel was well 

above our expectations.

 

 

 

4. further

형용사로 사용될 땐 더 많은 추후의 

 

ex) For further information, please contact our sales representative.

 

부사로 쓰이면 더, 더 많이 라는 의미를 나타냄 

 

ex) The employment rate in the UK is expected to rise further.
