much는 비교급, 최상급 모두 쓸 수 있어요 

+ 동사, pp(과거분사) 수식도 가능하답니다.

 

 

 

비교급/최상급 불규칙 형태 

비교급 기본 형태 -er, more 

예외에 대해서 알아보아요! 

 

few(적은) -> fewer(수가 더 적은) 

little(적은) -> less(양이 더 적은)

 

ex) I have fewer pens than my friend.

Today's rush hour took less time than yesterday.

 

 

비교급/최상급 불규칙 형태 

[시간] late -> later -> latest(최신의)

[순서] late -> latter -> last(마지막의)

 

ex) This is the latest in TOEIC data.

We got on the last train.

 

[거리] far(멀리) -> farther, further(더 멀리)

[정도] far(훨씬, 아주) -> further(더 많이)

 

ex) farther north 

      further 1 minutes
